Thugs Revenge
2006 · Hi Power Entertainment
Released on February 28, 2006, via Hi Power Entertainment, Thugs Revenge is a 16-track gangsta rap album that marries Bizzy Bone's signature chopper flow with West Coast Chicano rap production. The project was one out of four solo releases Bizzy dropped that year alone, during a turbulent period of estrangement from Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, from which he had been expelled in 2003. The album remains beloved by some devoted fans as a return to his hardcore roots. The Mr. Criminal–dominated production gave Bizzy a polished, G-Funk–inflected canvas distinct from anything else in his catalog.
